Woman sues American Airlines because.....

How could this happen?? I really don't know what to say about this... I hope she gets every penny she asks for and more!

A 21 year old woman has filed a $200,000 lawsuit against American Airlines alleging the flight crew failed to protect her from a passenger who moved into the seat next to hers while she was sleeping then he masturbated to her... When she woke up, she found a stuck substance in her hair and a man masturbating in the seat next to her.

In the lawsuit, she said she asked airline workers for help and asked that the man, who was not sitting in his assigned seat, be removed, but did not receive any help from the staff aboard the plane.

Officials with American Airlines have maintained that their employees took appropriate action.

The man was arrested when the plane landed.
